Bridge Inn, Bristol
FancyaPint?'s review...
This tiny local on the edge of central Bristol has a thing about music - old (and fairly eclectic: ranging from Jesus Jones to Uriah Heep) album covers in frames adorn the walls, and there's an almost retro stereo system next to the bar with an assortment of rock and roll records. Apparently anyone can use it and you can even bring your own LPs to play! So what's it like beyond the music, you ask? Great - friendly staff and locals, excellent beer, the majority of which came from Bath Ales when we were in last, and a quiz on Mondays. It's worth the visit for the beer alone, but the friendly atmosphere and good music that gets played is an added bonus. We'll definitely be coming back.
