Overview
A beautifully renovated 18th Century freehouse pub set in the Suffolk village of Lawshall. There is a large garden at the back with side car park and front seating also, especially useful for cyclists or horseriders!
Detailed Description
Being Freehouse we have a variety of ales, beer and wine from Woodefordes, Adnams and Green King but we are proud to support smaller breweries in the area. We are excited to be part of the Woodfordes Ale trail this year. We offer locally sourced Cheeseboards and burgers with choices of stilton/parma ham/mozzarrella toppings, burgers are £5 and then 50p per topping. We also have olives and seasonal snacks but are very happy to serve you some good old fashioned toast! There will be performance and film events from March 13' from Smiths Row Art Gallery in Bury St Edmunds and the Cambridge Super 8 film group, as well as BBQ's in the summer with an opportunity to camp in our garden or stay at the local B&B Brighthouse farm who have a much larger site in our beautiful village.
