Kingston Arms, Cambridge
FancyaPint?'s review...
Another Cambridge back street, another back-street pub. The Kingston Arms in this instance is a comfortable, well proportioned Freehouse, with a good mix of punters and an excellent choice of ale. There were plenty of people tucking into the pub grub too, which was slightly more expensive than it's nearby competition. The back garden is also pretty good, complete with chimineas (those outdoor fireplaces) and blankets for the colder weather. The decor is a bit stripped out in that early 2000s style, but the general warmth of the place makes up for it. It faces some stiff competition from the nearby Cambridge Blue, but if you fancy a change of scene, consider popping in here.
