This is a pub we've known for a very long time - and the best thing is, it hasn't changed! There's 80% on tap, decent wine list and a well thought out menu. There's a separate restaurant next door if you want the formal dining experience, or tables outside on the pavement to watch the Water of Leith go by. To be honest, we tend to stay in the bar to eat and it's just as convenient. It's got a great interior, probably dating back to the turn of the previous century and we're glad it's stayed the same, too. Excellent beer and food - we'll be sure to come back. Friendly staff top it off and we could swear the barman worked here all those years ago...
