Not the friendliest pub. Definitely for the locals. A fair few builders and chippys drinking in here after work.
On the plus side it's a lovely old building with a massive area on one side that has a pool table but could easily accommodate a snooker table. Lots of screens for watching football.
Its generally quiet and well behaved. A blokes pub.
I wouldn't want anything drastic to happen here like what happened at the Brockley Jack or the Honour Oak Tavern, but I think the landlord and staff should up their game though and be a bit more welcoming.
In short I wish it was like the Blythe Hill Tavern!
