Georgics, Glasgow
FancyaPint?'s review...
A free standing bar which forms part of the Millennium Hotel, it may be fairly uninspiring, but it does a competent job. Its clean, has a pleasant atmosphere and offers reliable service. It has an open conservatory section for watching the world pass by, and sports a pool table. Food or waiting for a train is the most likely reason you'll find yourself here, and for each it seems to hits the mark, being right by the station and offering a Mediterranean-style bar menu in airy surroundings. A few office workers manage to avoid the nearby price-war on beer to experience hotel prices here and perhaps to avoid the crowds.
