Overview

The Catherine Wheel (TCW) is an 18th Century ale house located 2 minutes walk off the river tow-path in the picturesque village of Goring on Thames, Berkshire. Having recently changed hands, TCW is about to start the process of becoming a 'must visit' for tourists and locals alike. People have been drinking here for around 350 years and we keep that as a priority but also feel fresh produce and good food should not be exclusive to gastro-pubs and our seasonal menu is well worth a look.
