This is a Cask Marque approved pub, which means you can be assured you'll be served an excellent pint!
A local’s local, but even if your not a local your always welcome and this lovely pub.
Mainly a local as its not a pub you would pass if you don’t know the local area. Situated on a local estate with a 5 min walk from Grays high Street and Grays train station, its worth going out your way to pop into this friendly little pub.
This was mine and my friends local for about 2 years and we enjoyed many nights for fine drinking of their large choice of home county brewed ales and guest ales on tap while playing pool and darts, or even watching live sport on their 3D TV’s.
Food wise they have a lovely bar menu, and serve some cracking sandwiches when the footie or motor racing is on.
Large public car park and Inn facilities if need (have never been drunk enough to have to stay there, well not yet anyway)
One word of warning on this pub is it gets very busy on local match days, but if you don’t mind a busy pub it’s a most place to drink for me. Many happy memories in this pub.
