First In Last Out, Hastings
FancyaPint?'s review...
A long time favourite of ours, the F.I.L.O. (nothing to do with computing, by the way) is one of those pubs you wished you lived just down the road from. They brew their own beer and it's is excellent, the food is great pub grub, the clientele jolly and friendly and the interior eccentric. They have regular beer festivals, music nights and quizzes all packed into a space no larger than most living rooms. A good few years ago one of our friends remarked as she downed her fourth pint of Porter and got stuck into corned beef hash, one cold November day - "I think I've died and gone to heaven". We couldn't agree more.
