The King's Fee, Hereford
FancyaPint?'s review...
Redeveloping a former Kwik-Save supermarket into a pub might not have been the obvious use for this building, but the Wetherspoon chain has done a decent job here since its opening in 2002. As you'd expect from this chain it is fairly functional rather then inspiring inside, the usual competitive prices are on offer, ale drinkers are well looked after, and it competently covers all the basics. The large paved garden at the rear is a bonus and the pub's location makes it a handy place to stop off on the way to the bus or train stations.
