The Spread Eagle, Hereford
FancyaPint?'s review...
Catering mainly for a younger crowd, the Spread Eagle has consistently been one of Hereford's best and most popular establishments. It doesn't look huge from the outside but stretches back a long way, so there's often a seat to be found somewhere when the front area fills up. Often during the day a lot of these will be filled up with people sampling the food menu, which we've always found to be pretty good. It always used to be the pre-club venue of choice before a night at the Crystal Rooms (until that shut in 2004) but is still worthy of inclusion on any crawl around town. The surprisingly big beer garden (more of a yard really) is a handy bonus in summer.
