This is a super community pub. Beer is excellant. The place is spotless. Really good atmosphere, and the customers are so friendly. Well worth a visit.

Overview

An Old Coaching Inn dating back to Dick Turpin.  Every week we bring in a Guest cask ale . The place  is  clean and well looked after .  Love having people call whilst walking their dogs.   A quiz night on a Tuesday and Sunday starting at 9.30  Outside is a deck with heaters for you to sit and enjoy a smoke and a drink at all time's  in all weather's.  We have satellite TV .   A function room  is available   Free WiFi .   Upstairs are two en suite bedrooms with twin beds . These are decorated to a very high standard. you can stop the night for just £50 single or £70 for a double which includes a full English Breakfast made by myself.

This pub is unique it has no Juke Box or loud Music. No pool table. No Food   This is a pub where people come to enjoy the art of conversation and to enjoy the finest cask ales in the area.  Please come and see for yourself.
