Town Hall Tavern, Leeds
FancyaPint?'s review...
The Town Hall Tavern, which has a subtle clue about its location in the name, is a busy city centre pub, popular with local workers at lunchtimes and after office hours. We assume between these times they go back to the office for a few hours to earn their corn, as beer won't pay for itself. Real ale drinkers will be intoxicated with joy at the presence of a range of Timothy Taylor brews, with Ram Tam and Dark Mild among the options in addition to the ubiquitous Landlord, while Weston's cider is also on tap. The beer selection and friendly atmosphere make this a comfortable three-pinter, though on our last visit the bar staff could have done with some extra help.
