Now closed and renamed Circa. We'll pay a visit some time to see what it's like.

This place is now Circa, You could not make up how bad Restaurant Circa leigh (used to be ss9) was tonight ! if you have a booking cancel it, if you are considering it DONT!

This wasn't really my style of pub, no real ale and fizzy stuff in pumps - bit of a tarts paradise really - sadly it has now folded so a picture is largely irrelevant

Chalkwell station is a lot, lot, nearer than Leigh-on-Sea station. Leaving Chalkwell, cross over the road and turn left, and take the first road on the right, Beach Avenue (conversely heading away from the beach). At the end turn left along Leigh Road, and you'll find the bar on your right after a few minutes, after the junction with Lord Robert's Avenue.
