Sir Paul Pindar is no more, to be replaced by another outpost of the All Bar One chain, bringing with it the fine ales and wines, decentish food and the joy and the sorrow, familiar to any frequenter of this franchise. This is a pretty standard A.B.O. that has all the benefits of the brand and the downsides of most hostelries in the City - decent enough when it's quiet, uncomfortable when it's not.
