Yet another All Bar One gets a zero pint rating. Yes the beer, wine and food is still of the same (albeit, pricey) quality, but the service on our last visit was diabolical. From the "don't put your pint on the bar, I've just cleaned it" (after just being served a pint), to a female companion being asked to wait outside for a friend who'd gone to the toilet (ironic given the "female friendly" brand positioning), the experience was one for the "how not to do it" part of a training video. There was also the chairs being placed on the tables scenario, as soon as it turned 11:00pm (we also believe the chairs should be placed seat down on the tables, not upright, in the interests of hygiene). The toilets were also in a state of disrepair with a light fitting lying dismantled by the sinks and hand driers with broken buttons. All we can say is we will not be recommending the London Bridge All Bar One to anyone until we've been back and had a much more pleasant experience.
