Tower Gateway: turn right, cross the main road, go under the railway bridge, Crosswall is immediately left after the bridge. The pub is just ahead, on the corner on the right. Tower Hill: leave by the top exit, turn right and take the first left you can after passing under the railway bridge, you should see the pub almost straight ahead on the corner.
