Blue Posts, Soho
FancyaPint?'s review...
For a pub so close to the tackfest that is the Trocadero Centre, this one makes a fair go at being a normal boozer. That a decent drop of Timothy Taylor Landlord can be had helps, as does the rather lived-in feel of the pub (you sense there's been some good nights celebrated here over the years). The more times we visit this one, the more we like it: perhaps due to the fact that the more Soho changes, the more this one seems to stay the same. Given the area then, a pub with a welcome bit of atmosphere.

How to find the Blue Posts pub
From Piccadilly Circus: Take the Shaftesbury Avenue exit from the station and head up the road. Take the first left into Rupert Street and the pub is ahead on the left. From Leicester Square: Go into the Square itself and head toward the Swiss Centre (you'll know it by the bells hanging on the outside which go off every hour). Go past it and across Wardour Street. Rupert Street is the next right and the pub is just down on the right.
