The Cask & Glass is a cosy, friendly, little pub that is just far enough away from the main drag to avoid the hordes of local office workers as they wend their weary ways back to Victoria station and thence to suburbia. The pub appears to be a particular favourite of Home Office employees who linger for a pint or two before going home (and usually a few more than that towards the weekend). The beer on the hand pumps is, of course from Shepherd Neame (including regular, seasonal ales) and is everything we've come to expect of Britain's oldest brewer.
