While it appears to be mostly a venue for hire, it does have regular opening hours now. More bar - happy hour every night - it's not terrible, but we figure it's aimed at a certain kind of Islingtontonian. It does appear to be a good place for a party, and accommodating 280 people probably makes it one of the biggest venues we know about. It's often closed for private functions at the weekend, depending on bookings, so call before trying it. Not one for a quiet pint.
