Colby Arms, Norwood
FancyaPint?'s review...
A local, very friendly pub; so friendly that the barmaid actually volunteered to count the ridiculous amount of loose change that one of our entourage was carrying, and exchange it for beer. We discovered it was a good place to watch the World Darts Championship while making full use of the jukebox (benign old variety, large selection). There are some remarkably comfortable sofas facing the largish TV, also a selection of magazines such as 'Country Life' and 'Closer'. There wasn't any particularly interesting beer on offer, but we drank some perfectly satisfactory Pride. This isn't a pub for beer connoisseurs, but is cheerful, comfortable, and has a good jukebox. And where else can you read 'Country Life' in Crystal Palace?
