Closed and no signs of life. Apparently it's a listed building so it will remain boarded up but not demolished. Shame.

You'd better use your map for this one, it's way off the beaten track, in an estate roughly equidistant from Gants Hill and Barkingside stations. Alternatively, take bus 462 from Gants Hill tube or Fulwell Cross (near to Fairlop tube)
