One of the better pubs in Harold Hill. But, if you've read our reviews for this area, you'll know that isn't saying much. The Duckwood is a characterless, but non-menacing, brick boozer with a fireplace for cold days and occasional DJ nights. 'Odessa' vodka and 'Beneagles' whisky lighten the tone of an otherwise nondescript drinks range. Somehow, this place was summed up by the barmaid eating Dixy Fried Chicken... before feeding it to the dog.
