Large 1930's pub on the roundabout at Shepherd's Bush. Not good, but not bad, just a bit soulless, really.
Demolished mid-2003.

annie and bob watson remember the duke very well, we had ten happy years there. will post some recollections soon

Shame it has been demolished. When it was run by Bob and Ann in the seventies it was the best pub in the area - by far. Must have gone down since they left. Nobber
