It's still under hoardings, but the sign for a pub to rent suggests it's not stopped being a pub just yet. Hurrah!

How to find the Duke Of York pub

From Bond Street: Cross Oxford Street, turn left and then right, up James Street, which becomes Thayer Street. The road then becomes Marylebone High Street: head up there before turning right along New Cavendish Street. From Regents Park: Along Marylebone Road before turning down Harley Street. Keep going to the junction with New Cavendish Street. Turn right, keep walking and you'll see the pub on your right.
