If we had a kind of pub that was described as 'Traditional English Pub', this would probably do as a good representation. The exterior's Victorian and inside it's split into a few different hard and soft furnished areas with the sort of interior you'd expect as 'traditional' - the amount of space means there's usually a seat to be found somewhere. Possibly it's meeting a need in this quite touristed area, but it's not bad for all that. Along with plush decor, there's a good range of four beers and basic pub grub served until late. There are a few pubs in the area (some more recommended than others) but as we've said before, the Earls Court Tavern keeps it simple and gets the basics right, which is enough to recommended it for us.
