Harvester, Petts Wood
FancyaPint?'s review...
Typically large barn-like place in the stretch between Petts Wood and Bickley. This chain is renowned for its restaurants and this one gets busy especially on Sundays. Why so many people want to eat here is beyond us - these places have about as much charm and character as a prison cell. The service is poor - on our last visit we had to wait a long time for a bar snack which we were told wouldn't take long and finding cutlery on the floor just topped it off. Just in case you weren't already put off, the music is so dull and dated confirming any visit to here to be pretty depressing and it's riddled with kids.

It's a bit of a walk from Petts Wood station. Leave the station and cross Queensway, head straight down Nightingale Road until you get to Lakeswood Road and turn right. Walk along Lakeswood Road, which turns into Southborough Lane. Carry on until you get to the pub.
