il Cicchetto (ex-Chequers), Barbican
Live DJs from 6pm has had the punters grooving on the last 2 Friday's I've been there, even managing to pull in a hard working council bin man for a quick boogey before he had to run and catch his truck!

Leave Old Street station and head west along Old Street. Walk for 5-10 minutes and you'll find the pub on your left just past the Italian restaurant (Ravello's). From Barbican turn right and head up to the traffic lights at the junction with Clerkenwell Road. Old Street. Turn right and walk for a couple of minutes - you'll find the pub on your right.
