Tacky Irish pub in Finchley that seems to have worsened since we mistakenly dragged ourselves in here about five years ago. They've still got music and sport on the telly but the only thing that seems to have changed in the intervening years is that there is a hand-written sign in the window that offers you tea and coffee for 50p for a "cupmug". Of all the places in Finchley to have a pint (or a cup of Nescafe for that matter) this surely is amongst the worst. piranha 30/7/200 - Tacky Irish pub in Finchley. Great for a good pint of Guinness. The staff are amenable enough, but the ropey clientele makes this a desperation pub rather than a must visit. They've also got music and sport on the telly. There are much better pubs nearby - you've been warned.
