Billing itself as "London's Finest Gay Bar", it's got a lot to live up to, but whatever, it does it with a bit of panache (as we would expect, of course). The clientele are predominantly gay, so unless you're happy with that sort of scene, it's probably not one for you. Regular club nights upstairs and less than beer-oriented drinks selection make it a hopping joint most nights - and we have it on good authority it's a good alternative to Heaven.

Ku Bar.

For a gay old time in London, this is probably my fav Soho Bar. Prices arent bad and it's buzzing on weekend evenings with a great atmosphere and drinks being served by the hottest guys behind a bar in town. Got a great little club downstairs as well if you fancy staying out for a late one.

From Leicester Square: take the Leicester Square exit from the station and turn immediately left when you come out. Take the next left into Little Newport Street - the pub is straight ahead of you.
