La Vina (ex All Bar One - Marylebone), Marylebone

Odd looking ABO this one, well by their standards anyway - outside the pub is covered in flowers and the frontage onto the street is quite small and there are some seats outside for some 'al fresco' drinking. Don't let this put you off though as once inside typical ABO proportions (the pub has better seating but worse acoustics than The Dusk on the corner) are the name of the game. Service was definitely above standards on my visit. This makes a nice change as a: they did table service; b: the staff even helped my colleague mop up his spilt pint (honestly, I can't take him anywhere); and c: our first round of Guinness came back with hearts instead of the usual shamrock carved into the top. Before Friday I didn't know this place existed, but I wouldn't be too disappointed to come here again...
now a Spanish Wine Bar and Restaurant

7-9 Paddington Street, Marylebone, London, W1U 5QE
Come out of Baker St tube station, turn left and walk along the Marylebone Road. Cross the road and head down Marylebone High Street and turn right into Paddington Street by The Dusk pub. ABO is 50 yards up the road on your right.
