This place doesn't have the best of reputations. It hasn't helped its cause by undermining the stock Irish cliché of 'céad mle fáilte' written over its portal; the front has been boarded up, save one narrow doorway, so that the interior cannot be seen at all from the street - there's just one welcome, and it's a pretty grudging one. There was also the time we witnessed a troublemaker being ejected from another pub and heard him described as 'barred from Lucky Seven, that's pretty bad'. That said it has a core of regular customers who seemed to be enjoying themselves and it puts on regular Irish music for those that like that sort of thing. Admittedly the rather dingy and rundown interior, with clientele to match, is not going to help it bring in much additional trade, but it doesn't really seem interested in that. There are people who are happy enough to drink there - they're probably best left to it.

Turn right on leaving Cricklewood Station, head down the street towards Cricklewood Broadway - you'll find it to your right. From Kilburn Station, turn left, walk up the hill towards Cricklewood Broadway. Cross the street and turn right onto Cricklewood Lane. From Willesden Green turn left and keep along the main road, and when you reach Cricklewood Broadway, cross over and head up Cricklewood Lane, where you will find it to your left.
