We really want to love Mint. It ticks all the boxes - big comfy chairs, chunky tables (made from railway sleepers no less), a comprehensive cocktail menu, bottled beers and draft Guinness, great food and some nice promotions including a "happy hour" every day from 5pm to 7pm, offering cocktails at £3.90 each, on Mondays there's a two for one deal on food, and there's a lunch menu at £4.99 for a main course. The music is loungey, although a Jazz brunch on Sundays is too much, too early. (New photo to come).
