There seems to be some debate on t'internet about this place. I think we can safely say that it's a largely gay pub. But it's not exclusively gay, and on our visits, the place has always been charm itself. The Molly Moggs offers a warm welcome with well-kept beers and chilled champagne in the fridge if you've had a good day. If you haven't had a good day, they've got milk in there for a nice cup of tea. They have a packed events programme - mostly involving sequins - and they've got things going on all across the week. Located right at the beginning of Old Compton Street, it's a tiny, cosy place. But be warned, the toilets are like visiting Alice in Wonderland: down the rabbit hole (i.e. stairs), the ceiling is very low, so mind your head if you've had more than a pint of their lovely Adnams.

Visited Molly Moggs on new yrs eve 2011 after a show. Both our hubbies loved the beer so much we went back next day 2012 and stayed most of the day. Great pub and if you gay or straight you are entertained. I was celebrating my 50th and everyone there looked after us. Small but perfectly formed venue will be visiting again. Love from The mad lot from Yorkshire

This place is a pure gem, we visited on a Sunday afternoon and the drag queen Bette was fabulous and so friendky, this is a really warm and friendly place indeed and we stayed all day finally staggering out after the second drag queen show, Jeff Kristian, the staff were pleasant nd helpful and they mixed me a mean Bloody Mary.

A liitle gem in the vustling streets of Soho, we will be returning to this place on our next visit to London.
