As Yazz said in 1988: The Only Way Is Up. Anyone who subscribes to her theory may find the two escalators heading up from the concourse at Victoria Station a pleasing option instead of heading for the exits, and their reward could be a pint in Molly O'Grady's. It's as authentically Irish as Tony Cascarino, but serves the functions of providing food and drink adequately enough and it has views over the concourse at the back. In fact you can find draught ale and the grub is certainly filling - just don't expect a cracking atmosphere among the transient crowd of people waiting for trains and a few tourists. One useful purpose it serves is to show Sky Sports, something which relatively few pubs around the station appear to do. As it's all the way up, it does get quiet, so worth a look if you fancy a sit down with your pint.

Now a pizza place - shame as it was the only reasonable pub in Victoria Station proper
