Nell of Old Drury, Covent Garden
A cosy little pub, with decent beer, across the road from the Theatre Royal Drury Lane. This does affect the place, as you get theatre patrons (and musicians) in before the show and at the interval, so be prepared for sudden influxes. It has an upstairs bar-restaurant which closes early but when not invaded by tourists or theatre types is quietly occupied by locals. Worth a look.

Covent Garden: Head toward the main market area and then bear left down Russell Street. Once across Bow Street, , Catherine Street is the first right. The pub is about 20 metres down on the right.
