New Inn, Ealing
FancyaPint?'s review...
What was once a fairly standard traditional pub gets a makeover - a full blown modern bar interior, retaining only a few vestiges (eg some mouldings) of the original interior. Nevertheless, the place, has been pretty well thought out and the place has really been opened up to provide a lot of drinking space, as well as new comfy sofas etc in the front part, there's a substantial beer garden and a conservatory out the back. The beer's decent - Speckled Hen and Pride and the food doesn't look at all bad,. What it's like on warm summer's Saturday night (should we ever get any), we've yet to find out.
