Detailed Description

One Canada Square is the brainchild of Tom and Ed Martin of the award-winning ETM Group (also responsible for The Botanist restaurant and bar on Sloane Square), and, with interiors by renowned architects David Collins Studio, so you can expect only the highest quality food, drink and service set against the most elegant of backdrops. The exciting menu has a European theme as well as an influence of food traditions and flavours from the USA and Asia including such dishes as Torbay wild bass with squid ink risotto.
When it comes to drinks, One Canada Square has an exceptional array of choice. Peruse the wine menu in tablet form as you search for vintage and location or simply hail down the cocktail trolley which has a vast array of rare and premium spirits including William Laure Weller bourbon of which only 1200 bottles a year enter the UK. The decor of the restaurant is plush, with an elegant bar area for leisurely drinking and an air of class that resonates around the venue. This is the ideal place to come for a business lunch, after work drinks or a sophisticated meal.
Join them on Friday nights, Saturday brunch and Saturday evenings to enjoy the sounds of a fabulous all white, baby-grand piano in the dining room at One Canada Square. Their in-house, West End trained pianists will play your favourite pop songs blended with old classics while you wine and dine away! Strike the perfect chord for weekend brunch, drinks or dinner at One Canada Square.
