The Puzzle pub chain is retreating quicker than an Artic iceflow: their outlet in Docklands now being in the hands of the Antic chain. Now relaunched and renamed rather gnomically (Ontiod = On the Isle of Dogs), we'll be down soon to see if the new bar can finds its feet in the Docklands drinking scene.

Overview

We dont like to put a lable on the type of pub we are, some might call us a wine bar but that is not how we feel, we are a pub through and through.
A lovely place to go for a quick pint during your lunch break or actually have some lunch from our pub grub menu, we offer the likes of the typical Fish and Chips / Burgers etc (The taste though isnt typical at all... its lovely) to the more interesting dishes with our rotating daily special which includes Spring Lamb Cutlets with Minted Couscous. For all the vegetarians out there don't worry we always aim to have around 3 veggie dishes on as well.

Thats during the week but don't forget that we are also open on the weekends, with lovely Sunday Roasts which include Beef, Chicken, Lamb and there is also a veggie dish on.

Detailed Description

Our amazing upstairs area is available to hire with its own bar and games like Pinball, Pool, Foosball (We also have an old school games table downstairs that have the classics like Pac-Man and Space Invaders).
 

 

 

Our Real Ales cost around £3.30 a pint but sometimes a bit cheaper for the special cases
Our range include beers from the following breweries:

Sharps
Adams
Wychwood
and many more (if there is something that you would like to see we welcome the suggestion)
