The Pilot Inn is a lovely old pub that only narrowly missed being demolished to make way for the Greenwich Peninsula revitalisation. It's got something for everybody, good beer (Fuller's), an enormous range of food, a bit of history - the pub, and the terrace in which it sits, are just about the only old bits left in these parts, beer garden, TV, accommodation - the lot. It's a cheerful, well kept place and just far enough from the 02 to escape the attentions of stray Take That fans - phew.

I rarely disagree with the FaP ratings but this pub is no better than a 2 pinter. It is pleasent enough but having to wait 20 minutes to get served at the bar drags it from the 3 pints it could be to 2 pints at best.
