Having already been a pub on it's knees for years, a change of management recently just made things worse. A poor, half finished pain job was only the beginning of the end, while the incredible feat of becoming even more downmarket killed it off. Shuttered up now and with an uncertain future.

From Turnpike Lane tube, cross the road and turn right to walk up Westbury Avenue. At the end of Westbury Avenue turn right and the pub will soon be on your right. Its a fair walk, but the four buses which pass it leave from the bus terminal behind the tube station (123, 217, 231, 444). Its three stops, but quite long ones.
