The Pommeller's Rest is a huge barn of a place selling the usual Wetherspoon fare. There's a selection of very well kept ales (apparently the manager's keen on keeping quality good), cheap food, games machines etc etc to keep the punters happy. It's all a bit formulaic, but it serves a local need. And the tourists seem to love it.
