A very average locals' boozer with commonplace beer and nothing remarkable inside or out. There's a small terrace overlooking Plumstead Common, if that appeals, but you're probably better off at other pubs nearby.

Now Shut: Was a truly awful pub - passing on the 53 bus it was always possible to count the customers on one hand; now been shut and boarded for several weeks. Was up for sale, but no obvious signs of reopening any time soon. Great location though, so really does have the potential...
