Railway Telegraph, Forest Hill
FancyaPint?'s review...
This large and airy pub offers decent beers - Shepherd Neame's, of course - and food at reasonable prices. With a separate dining area, the promise of barbecues in the large beer garden, regular music nights, quiz night on Sunday and Texas Hold 'em nights on Tuesday and Sunday, there's a lot going on. There's a children's area promising family afternoons in the beer garden as well as helpful staff - this pub is doing doing its best to meet the demands of its punters. You could do a lot worse than stop by if you're in the area.
