The Rose of Denmark is a very attractive looking pub situated on the less than lovely and busy Woolwich Road. The pub is Charlton Athletic through and through, but don't let that put you off - it's a welcoming place; you don't see many footy pubs with photos of away fans from previous seasons. There are three large television screens showing sporting events, should that be your thing. Charlton has its good pubs and its bad pubs, this one definitely belongs in the former category. Friendly enough, decent beers on the two taps and a pleasant place for a drink - although you're definitely getting hydrocarbons with your beer outside.
