Sheepwalk Tavern, Acton
FancyaPint?'s review...
Acton Town has a fair few 'traditional style' Irish pubs, and the Sheepwalk Tavern is no exception. Looking passed the slightly lurid yellow paint-job, the interior is distinctly old-school, and if anything a bit on the decrepit side of things. It's not a huge place and the pool table somewhat dominates, but the local regulars are a lively, harmless bunch and service is attentive. It obviously does the trick, as there's no sign of it being 'modernised'. If you don't mind a shabby interior with your pint of Guinness, this is probably the place for your.
