Another pub in the area that suffers from being in a commuter zone. Full lunchtime and early evenings then it's dead(ish). Serves the usual Fuller's fayre, Quite a cosy place despite all that.

Went here last night for a few beers with some work colleagues.

Nice atmosphere, very quick, polite and friendly service, and a good range of well-kept Fullers ales. The Discovery was a very quaffable pint for a summer evening. We didn't try the food, but the selection on offer looked good.

I'd definitely rate this higher than two pints, compared to many of the other pubs in the area, where the service especially can be dreadful. This pub might well become a more regular watering hole.
