Three Lions no more, it's now Slattery's. We'll get to it when we can.

Father Ted's is no more! A recent blow-over with the paint gun has changed not just the colour scheme but the name of this pub too..it's now called 'Three Lions' and is basically the same..yes, it's a bit rough and ready but not without it's charm...admittedly going in there mid afternoon would find you one of only about five others..elderly, usually and confused too, sometimes..however..get down there for the big match and the place takes on new fervour! Look out for the northerner yelling at the tv screen when his team have done something he takes exception to..listen out especially, for the banter between various factions..the north south divide is alive and well and resides within these walls. There are no gastropub offerings here..there's a great indian takeaway across the road and you can bring it back to the bar, no worries..the beer is cold, guiness is black and wine list? Well, there's no wine list, but there's a pool table and a great, seriously, great jukebox..all in all, Three Lions is an edgy Camden experience for the non-initiated but it's also a pub where 'everbody knows your name' and THAT don't happen very often these days..
