This slug is no particular exception from the norm of the chain - posh food, expensive drinks and bar style décor. It's actually fairly small compared to the ones you tend to find further in to town. It can get busy at the weekends but it's fairly quiet during the week, when it can be an OK boozer to have a drink in, whilst certainly nothing special. If you have missed your train it's a lot better than the one across the road. Can tend to attract people who think they are going somewhere a bit classier than an average pub.
