This pub is appalling. My friend was served an undrinkable glass of wine, when she tried to return it she was told it was her fault for not walking round to the read the wine board when she'd told the barman she couldn't see that far. He finally served her an alternative galss and told her she would have to pay the difference. She sat back down, without the wine as she didn't want to pay the difference. He then came over to the table, was rude and aggressive, again blaming her for not reading the list properly. Then he gave her a refund and told me to finish my drink and leave. I said we would happily do so, so he took my drink off me, came back with a refund and told us to get out. When you are paying over £5 for a glass of wine, one doesn't want it to taste like vinegar and one certainly wouldn't expect such rude behaviour, especially not from the manager! With so many lovely, friendly places to drink in London I would recommend going anywhere except here.
